BACK IN OHIO

August 15th, left Great Falls, Montana

Leaving the Montana mountains behind.

First night in a Walmart, still in Montana.
There were six RV's that night.
Think that this might be home made,
but cute enough to look professional.

When we left the next morning, we saw the
other side. Interesting!! To see where they have been.

We spent a second might at a Walmart in North Dakota, and then on to Minnesota. When in Minnesota we stayed a couple nights in the casino RV Park again and this motorhome was across from us. I'd wager they are Canadians.
We met with our son for lunch and a visit. Then we stored the motorhome in the country near there for the coming month and drove by car on to Indiana and Ohio.

We are now back in Ohio but not doing much yet.  On the way from our son in Minnesota, we stopped in Indiana to see Audrey's sister. We also got to see her two daughters, Tina and Debbie, while out thrift shopping for a day and for pizza one evening.  It was a good visit. While there she and I played Five Crowns a lot and we got to view the solar eclipse through Pearl's special glasses. I took my pictures just holding my phone out of the car window.

We have not seen much of our boys since arriving in Ohio, but we did stop into Walmart to get our hug from our grandson while he was working. They are now on vacation so we put off a dinner together until they get back.
We have stopped in to see Gary's sister and will begin to empty her apartment this coming week. It appears, at this time, that she will need to stay in the care facility. This all reminds us how we are getting older too. One certainly never knows what our future holds.
We went to Salem Hills restaurant for lunch with my class of '62. Good to reminisce and also to find out where people are. Tyrone is in from Alabama, while others are from out of town but here in Ohio. Jim is finally retired, with one knee surgery finished and another coming up soon.

Gary also went to lunch in Alliance with Jim from SES and our son, Victor. While he went there, he dropped me to have lunch with my scrapbooking friends on Perry St. Only took a picture of Mary Lou who was cleaning, since I seldom get to see her.

I caught up with laundry when we got to the condo and Gary also got to go out for breakfast this morning with his friend, Rick. Otherwise, we are going to loaf here in the condo for this weekend. 

Hopefully we find a few other things to do while here. Then we will head for Arizona and our winter jobs via Minnesota.
