Not sure how much umph-h-h I've got today to do this blog, but I will give it a try!!
We arrived at Berlin Center, Ohio about 11am,
Sunday, May 31st. We first disconnected the car and rack on it's back and put that stuff in the storage shed. Then Gary drove the motorhome around the block to back onto the lot from the direction that he thought would work best We don't think it would have mattered from which direction we worked to avoid the posts and pipes along the roadway, because unknown to us, the ground was too wet!! Coach Net got a wrecking service out of Canfield for us and Gary was pleased with their service. They really knew what they were doing with such a low fiberglass body.

We had an appointment for the motorhome to go into a garage in Alliance to check out a leak that we developed in the living room slide-out. It showed up after our heavy rains in Wauchula, Florida before we left there. After Gary got all of the water sitting on top of the slide and on the topper awning, pushed off, we pulled the slide in and kept it that way until we took it to All-Pro in Alliance.
We looked around the campground for a different lot that we thought would be better for the duration, and hope that it is available when All-Pro finishes with the repair.

We went to our first game night in the campground at our friends, the Kyle's. They are permanents here. Had a real fun evening with five friends!!
We are now at our condo in Boardman with our oldest son. He has been taking care of the condo since the sale of his home and is looking for a condo to buy for himself. In the mean time because of Covid-19, he has been working from the condo with all of the SES guys, for their computers and cell phones since back in March. I think that will come to an end soon, though not sure when. I would imagine that he is tired of being cooped in.

I am hoping to find a couple local plants here in Ohio to take south with us. I don't know if they will survive the year-round heat. But I'll try them. They are perennials, but may need that frost.

We also stopped a night at a Walmart in SC where we met up with friends, Sandy and Mike for dinner out.
It was our first experience with distancing to eat out. And Mike noticed something under our motorhome's hood that he questioned Gary about. It was a good thing that he did as the cap on the oil fill was missing. So Mike took Gary out and about looking for a new one. A good thing that one place was still open in the evening!!
Sandy and I had a great visit while waiting for them to finish. We look forward to another time when we can spend more time together. They are new-bies to RVing and stayed at our park last March in Wauchula. They might meet up with us in Ohio.
One of the first things that I got done here in Ohio was a haircut!! I would have gotten it done in Parkersburg,WV Walmart where we stayed over night, but they were scheduled full. They were not taking any walk-ins. It was the first Walmart we saw that had a hair salon open since March. I was so relieved!! The heat and the longer hair did not work well together!! I thought my hair has been thinning a lot, but it sure did not seem it when perspiring!! Now it is almost too short, but that won't last long.

Nice flower beds at the condo!! One lady seems to have taken charge of it. As I said there are so many new people here!!
Well, I managed to finish the blog and even fixed spaghetti for noon dinner. We like our heavier meal at noon. Gary has been trying to get art ready for his shows that were scheduled up here, but he is wondering if they won't be postponed until 2021.
There is a visiting time scheduled with scrapbooking friends tomorrow that I am looking forward to. I also began with my Ohio TOPS friends last Monday, though they are not permitted to have a full meeting yet. I am really wondering if we won't see another full year of this!!
Our son in Minnesota missed three days of work because of the riots there, but is now back to only the Covid restrictions.
